Technical Information – Speakers

A PC computer will be available for oral presentations in the session hall.  The Meeting’s PC is equipped with Windows 10 and Office 2016.

Please bring your presentation on a USB stick / “disk on key” Memory stick (using the USB port in the computer) and give it to the A/V technician in the session hall during a break before the start of your session, or before. The A/V technician will upload the presentation on the Meeting’s PC.

If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the session hall during a break before your session. It is recommended to test your presentation at least one hour before the start of the session. In order to prevent delays in the session, we do not recommend that speakers use their personal computer. However, if you wish to do so, make sure that your laptop has an HDMI socket for external signal, and coordinate it with the A/V technician in the session hall, at least one hour before the start of your session.

Important Notes for Machintosh Users
In order to use MAC presentations you need to bring your own Macintosh laptop computer. In that case, please verify that it has an HDMI socket for an external signal and arrive to check it first with the A/V technician in the session hall, at least one hour before the start of your session.
